Puma in a Devon Wood - 2022
In the Summer of 2022 I captured on film and on a photo a puma, otherwise called a cougar or mountain lion, walking through a Devon wood at night. I also captured a photo of a fox in the same location. It's interesting to see the clear differences between the fox, with its typical skinny fox legs and bushy tail and the puma with its muscular haunches, thick muscular legs, big paw and massive thick tail! It's interesting also to see the overlay of the two animals. Pumas and leopards live quite comfortably in the woods of Devon and throughout the British countryside! We must learn to live alongside them!
